Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that plans can change! To help us keep everything organized and provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 7 days before your scheduled event date.

• 7+ days before your event: You’ll receive a full refund, including your 50% deposit.
• Within 7 days of your event: Your 50% deposit will be retained. Any additional amount paid toward your remaining balance will be refunded.
• Weather-related cancellations: Weather cancellations are handled separately and are not subject to this cancellation policy. Please refer to our Weather Policy for more information regarding rain, wind, and other weather-related conditions.
